To complete our IS/IT & BI Department, we are currently looking for a SUN Coordinator.
As a SUN Coordinator, you will have the responsibility to coordinate the day to day activities of the Super-User Network for the market and you will manage the testing releases in collaboration with our IT services. You will also ensure the Super-Users get adequate documentation and training and you will be involved in the different projects related to the Business Solutions deployment.
Coordinate the activities of the Super-Users
Organize regular meetings with Super-Users to perform a follow-up on his/her activities, achievements and on-going actions
Measure SUN Maturity in the Market and establish the action plan to close the gaps
Support the change management activities
Be the escalation point and the conduit to HQ for recurrent issues or new business requirements
Ensure Super-Users get adequate training and documentation to provide 1st line of support to the business
Ensure active communication and collaboration between the different stakeholders involved in the network (Local HR, Line managers and HQ Business Transformation)
Coordinate testing releases with Business Solutions team
Education and experience
Global understanding of business processes and strategy
Proven track record in coaching, learning delivery, change management
Expertise in learning and andragogical methods and tools
Strong influencing skills
Good background in project Management to ensure qualitative deployment
Proficiency level in English, German and French
